including aerial photography, videography, inspections, and related offerings (“Services”). By

using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our

1. Services Provided

I 1 Aerials LLC offers drone services for photography, videography, inspections, events, search

& rescue, and other commercial or specialized purposes, in compliance with FAA Part 107 and

applicable local regulations.

2. Client Responsibilities

By hiring us, you agree to:

● Provide accurate information regarding the project location, requirements, and

permissions.

● Obtain all necessary permissions from property owners or relevant authorities when

required.

● Comply with all local, state, and federal laws applicable to the contracted project.

● Not request drone operations in restricted areas, unsafe conditions, or activities

prohibited by law.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

● Scheduling is subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and safety

considerations.

● We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel operations if conditions are unsafe or

non-compliant with FAA rules.

● Cancellation policies, including deposits or rescheduling fees, will be outlined in your

service agreement or invoice.

4. Payments

● Fees for Services are agreed upon before work begins.

● Payment terms are specified in invoices or contracts.

● Late payments may result in interest charges or suspension of Services until payment is

received.

5. Ownership of Content

● Client Projects: Photos, videos, and other deliverables created for you are transferred

upon full payment, subject to agreed licensing terms.

● Company Rights: We may retain rights to use non-sensitive project materials (e.g.,

scenic aerial shots) in our portfolio or marketing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

● Restricted Content: Sensitive materials, law enforcement-related data, or private

property footage will not be used for promotional purposes without explicit client

permission.

6. Safety & Compliance

● All drone operations are conducted in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations.

● We reserve the right to refuse or stop operations if conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or

otherwise violate regulations.

● Clients must not interfere with drone operations.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

● We maintain appropriate certifications and follow industry best practices; however, drone

operations carry inherent risks.

● I 1 Aerials LLC is not liable for damages caused by factors outside of our control,

including weather, airspace restrictions, or third-party interference.

● Clients are responsible for ensuring safe site conditions and providing accurate

information.

● Except where prohibited by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for Services.

8. Privacy & Data

● Aerial data is collected solely for the purposes of fulfilling contracted Services.

● Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services if you breach these Terms, engage in unlawful activity,

or fail to make required payments.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to
